Book More & Save!

The Minimums: We require 4 or more adults getting hair & makeup combination on any Saturday. We do except single person bookings on other dates.

Booking Fee: We do require a $100 retainer due at the time of booking your date.

Travel Fee: Ask about travel, we do have a 10-20% on location fee added. Trials will have a 20% on location fee in most areas.

Final Details & Payment: Final Service & guest count due 6 weeks before and final payment due one month before and can be paid individually or all together.

Invite all of your bridal party to participate in some bridal party pampering. Remember to invite your closest friends and family members, they will be in pictures as well!
We make it so easy. You only pay $100 now, to book your date.
Share this promotion with your guest. Six weeks before let us know who all will join in the bridal party pampering!
We accept payment individually one month before the wedding. Making it easy for everyone to join in! We will bill your guest for services via text or email and they pay right from their phones. So easy!

Booking Details
Wedding dates are reserved with a non-refundable $100 booking fee, this covers booking for your entire bridal party. Booking fee isn’t a credit towards wedding day services. Cindy and her team will serve as your bridal beauty concierge and will manage all of your wedding day beauty needs from scheduling to planning out your day. Also included in booking: Virtual consult planning for hair, makeup &/or spa, Phone/Picture Consult for the bride or guest of honor.

THE SPA:
Spa/Salon Hours and Information
Pamper Polish & Primp is available for spa reservation everyday 8am- 8pm. For hotel groups or guest we accept spa reservations up to one year in advance. For further information or assistance for the Spa Services, please call 478.290.5163.
Please notify us at the time of booking should you have special requests, physical ailments, allergies, or if you are pregnant, as we do not recommend massage services for women in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Appointment Times
Because the spa treatment begins at the appointment time, we ask that you allow 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in spa set-up and changing. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when your service begins. Our team will be prompt, we ask the same in return.

Service Charge
An on location set up/ convenience fee of 20% will be added to all services. For exceptional service gratuity may be added or given at the time of service, via card, cash or Venmo.

Cancellation Policies
Treatments you selected are held in reserve for you. In order to ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time or you are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service price.

Spa Etiquette
Treatment Information
To preserve your skin, shaving is not recommended before a body treatment, salt scrub, or Men's Facial. If you wish to shave, please do so a least four hours prior to your service. Massages and body scrubs and not recommended for sun burns. It is soothing and beneficial for guests to shower prior to receiving their service.

Spa Apparel & Personal Belongings
Each guest will be provided spa robe as a service loaner, to be returned after treatment. We recommend that the guests not wear undergarments during their massage or body scrub service, although, undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. Put away your valuables, we suggest that our guests travel light with little or no jewelry.
